The wait is almost over for over 3.30 lakh students across Assam. The Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB), Division II — formerly known as the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) — is expected to declare the Assam HS Result 2026 (Class 12 Arts, Science, Commerce) between April 20–30, 2026. The state education minister and ASSEB officials will announce the result at a press conference, after which the online result portal goes live.

Exams were conducted from 11 February to 16 March 2026 at 821 exam centres across Assam.
