• Complete One-Time Registration (OTR) if you haven’t already. Enter your name, DOB, email, mobile number and create your login credentials. Save them carefully — you’ll use them for all future SSC applications.
• Log in and select “Stenographer Grade C & D Examination 2026” from the available recruitment list. Click “Apply”.
• Fill in all personal and educational details carefully. Select whether you want to apply for Grade C, Grade D, or both. Choose your preferred exam centre(s).
• Upload your recent passport-size photo (in JPG format, 20–50 KB) and signature (10–20 KB). Ensure they are clear and within the specified dimensions. Aadhaar-based photo upload is also accepted.
