Women & Child Development Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria
According to the released notification candidates must possess the following eligibility criteria before applying for the posts under Tourism Development Department:

| Resident Superintendent | Any woman having a Masters in Lawl Social Work/ Sociology/Social Science/Psychology with at least 5 years” experience of working on women related relevant domains in an administrative set-up with a Government or Non-Government projectprogramme and preferably with at least 1-year experience of counselling either within or outside the same set-up. Candidate should be preferably a resident of the local community so that local human resource and expertise is utilised for effective functioning of the centre |
| Office Assistant | Any person who is a graduate with a minimum of 3- years experience in handling office documentation-related jobs with proficiency in working on computers, at the state or district level with government or Non Governmental organizations. |
| Multi-purpose Staff | Any person who is literate with knowledge lexperience of working in the relevant domain. High School pass or equivalent will be preferred. |
| Cook | Any person who is literate with knowledge lexperience of working in the relevant domain. High School pass or equivalent will be preferred. |
| Security Guard/ Night Guard | Any person having at least 2 years” experience of working as security personnel in a government or reputed organization at the district/ state level. He/ she should preferably be retired military/ para-military personnel. |
Women & Child Development Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
The shortlisted candidates will be called for Walk-in-In Interview and Skill Test for the post of Office
Assistant through their respective Email lDs only. No separate call letters will be issued to concerned candidates and no TA/DA will also be provided for attending the same. The schedule of Walk-in-Interview will be published on the website i.e. http:womenandchildren.assam.gov.in. A candidate can apply for a particular position in only one district.
