The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) stands as a significant national body overseeing public examinations for Class X & XII. Operating as a registered society and an independent entity under the Ministry of Education, Department of School Education & Literacy, Government of India, CBSE is entrusted with the task of administering public examinations at both secondary and senior secondary levels. There are certain eligibility criteria which need to be met by the interested applying candidates for these various non teaching vacancies of Central Board of Secondary Education. Candidates can either check the detailed notification or read this complete article.

The nationality or the citizenship of the applying candidates must be INDIAN, but there are also some exceptions. An applying candidate must be either:

  • A Citizen of India
  • A subject of Bhutan
  • A subject of Nepal
  • A subject of Bhutan or Nepal, must have a eligible certificate issued by Government of India

Only for the post of Junior Accountant the minimum educational qualification is 12th Pass from any recognized board or university. And except this post, all other posts requires a Bachelor Degree or Post Graduate Degree holder. 2. Ph. D or equivalent Academic Works/Publication in the area of Vocational Education.
3. Experience in Designing & running program in collaboration with Industry.
4. Driving Technology based & content based innovation to assess different skills and learning outcomes.
5. Ability to understand research & data collection process to gather information related to industry requirements & futuristic job roles.
6. Has innovated in course design and pedagogy to create high quality curriculum that meet industry needs and are aligned with regulatory requirements
Assistant Secretary (Training)AEssential:

OR
Post Graduate of a recognized University/Institution with Economics/ Commerce / Accounts/ Finance/ Business Studies/ Cost Accounting as one of the subject.

M.B.A. (Finance)/Chartered Accountant/ICWA.

Desirable:

Master’s Degree of a Recognized University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the Bachelor Degree Level.
OR
Master’s Degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the Bachelor Degree Level.
